Disputes. Core 7’s failure to act upon any breach by you or others does not waive Core 7’s right to act with respect to a subsequent or similar breach.

Acknowledgment

The Terms and Conditions of Use, including all documents reference in this document, represent that entire understanding between you and Core 7 and its affiliates regarding your relationship with the Site, and supersedes any prior statements or representations.
